台湾国际平面设计奖创办于2005年，公开徵选杰出及国际化之创作。竞赛共有两类奖项，分别为“台湾国际海报设计奖”(Taiwan International Poster Design Award)，以及特别强化商业价值应用之“台湾国际企业识别设计奖”(Taiwan International CI Design Award)。
The Taiwan International Graphic Design Award was founded in 2005, and it is open for outstanding and international creations. There are two categories of awards in the competition, namely the "Taiwan International Poster Design Award" and the "Taiwan International CI Design Award" which specifically strengthens the application of commercial value.
